Shibari Classes
for Beginners:
What’s Available?
The goal of these classes is to support regular, structured Shibari practice that goes deep rather than broad—helping you build strong foundational skills, develop muscle memory, and connect with other participants. We offer a whole pathway - from Floor-work all the way to Suspension: Classes run weekly and build progressively from week to week. Read more about the pathway and the levels on our "Pathway" page.
4- Week Courses
Weekend Workshops
Living outside London but still want to learn Shibari with us? Our weekend intensive workshops are designed to cover the same curriculum as our 4-week courses, condensed into a single immersive two day class. These workshops are also a great option if you’ve taken a break and want to refresh your skills before moving on to the next level, or if you’re looking for a comprehensive overview of the basics in one go. Read more about the pathway and the levels on our "Pathway" page.
Evening Classes
Not ready to commit to a full 4-week course? No problem. Our beginner-friendly drop-in rope bondage evening classes are a great way to try out Shibari and get a feel for the studio. We offer evening classes (all classes labelled as "beginner" and "all levels" are suitable).

Do I need to come
with a Partner?
No partner? No problem. When you're starting out with Shibari, it’s common not to have a practice partner, and the best way to change that is by coming to events and getting to know the community. You're very welcome to attend solo; many of our students do. In class, you can pair up with another solo participant, and we do our best to create a comfortable, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. As a guideline, if solo tickets are being sold we welcome and support coming on your own!
FAQ's

Do I need my own rope?
No, we have ropes in the studio that you are welcome to borrow!

What should I wear?
It’s best to wear something that is easy to move around in; we recommend that you avoid jeans, belts, underwires, and any chunky jewellery including watches.
