Photography and Videography Policy
To maintain a safe, respectful, and consensual environment for all participants, we have the following rules regarding photography:
Consent First
Photography of any person or part of them, especially distinguishing tattoos or features is only allowed with their explicit, informed consent.
Consent must be obtained before any photo is taken and applies only to the specific context agreed upon.
No voyeuristic or hidden photography.
Studio Approval
Some events or classes may be designated as no-photography zones.
Respect for Privacy
No photos of bystanders, audience members, or people in the background without their consent.
Do not post, share, or publish photos online unless everyone in the photo has given express permission.
If anyone in or tagged in a photograph requests for it to be taken down then please do so without argument.
Professional Conduct
If you have been requested to take photographs of others then photographers must remain discreet and respectful, avoiding any disruption to the session.
Equipment such as lighting or tripods must be set up so they do not interfere with the safety or experience of others and only with prior agreement of the venue.
Studio Right to Refuse
The studio reserves the right to stop or prohibit photography at any time if consent or safety standards are not being met.
No videography and sound recording at events in the studio
